At Prophecy Print Company, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Our return policy is outlined below and applies exclusively to Prophecy Print Company merchandise (not custom orders placed by our customers):

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only allowed for defective items. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@prophecyprint.co or call (918) 894-5259 with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
  3. Shipping:
    • For defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
